Things You Need to Know

We founded Church Suit Stores Stores with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. How We Do It


We will send tracking information within 24 hours once item has shipped to your email on file.


We ship USPS, UPS, Priority Mail,

Free Shipping offered 1 to 5 Days 

Priority Mail Express 1-Day,

Priority Mail Express International - 3 -5 Business Days

Express / Expedited / Drop Ship orders cannot be cancelled once items are shipped.


How can I return an item?

We will gladly accept returns / exchanges.

NOTE - Returns / Exchanges will be charged a 15% Restocking Charge. ( Covid Guide Lines are Followed)

We inspect all items for defects before shipping.  In the event you receive an item with an undetected defect, we will only exchange the item with the exact same size, style, color item.

1. We do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size.

The size charts on our website are for reference only, If you have ANY questions or uncertainty as to what size to order, please call us at 888-492-8593 for a sizing consultation before ordering.


2. We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.


All returns or exchanges will be charged a 15% Restocking Charge and a Store Credit will be issued for the balance. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned. All returns or exchanges must be approved and item(s) returned within 10 days of the delivery date.


3. We do not issue direct refunds - if an item is returned for any reason - a store credit, less restocking fees, will be issued.  Store Credits must be used within 60 days.


4. Please contact by phone (888-492-8593) within 48 hours of receipt of an item before attempting to return an item. 


5. In the event that we authorize a return, Church Suit Stores will issue an RMA # which must be placed on the outside of any returned item packaging.


Items returned without contacting us (Church Suit Stores) within 48 hours of receipt, without an RMA #, or returned after 15 days from delivery date will NOT be accepted for a return.


6. Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust-sleeve and packaging - and must be in new, un-worn condition.


Items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT be accepted for a return.

For hygiene reasons, all Hats cannot be returned. 

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.

Churchsuit offers Free Ground Shipping to you, Returns must be prepaid to return.

On our website we have sale items that are marked "Clearance".
These items are sold at a significant markdown from our regularly listed items, and as such these
items are sold with the understanding that All Sales are Final, and No Exchanges or Returns can be done for these items for any reason.




If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 15% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.


Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.


All Order Cancellations made after 24 hours from the time you placed your order are subject to a $20 Per Item Cancellation Charge - The remainder will be refunded promptly.


Our Policy

We, Church Suit Stores inspect all items in stock for defects before shipping.  Items shipped from our vendors are covered by this warranty. In the event you receive an item with an undetected defect we will exchange for the same item, color and size.
